Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the specified ingredients. To make cookies, you need to take instant oatmeal, I took oatmeal with a cooking time of 3 minutes. Butter from the refrigerator, while it is cold, rub the right amount of oil on a coarse grater. You can take any cottage cheese, I took 5% fat content. Egg of category C1. Wheat flour of the highest grade. I measured out the ingredients with a glass of 200 ml . Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.
Step 2:
Take a deep bowl and add the right amount of sugar, cinnamon and oatmeal to it. Wash the chicken egg with a brush, dry it and break it into a bowl. Mix the ingredients with a fork until they are joined together.
Step 3:
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, rub the cold butter on a grater. Add the cottage cheese and butter in a bowl to the previously prepared ingredients. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Sift flour with baking powder and add to the dough. Stir until smooth. The dough turns out thick, but sticky enough. Do not add more flour, otherwise the cookies will not turn out soft.
Step 5:
Cover the baking tray or baking dish with baking paper. With a teaspoon (or an ice cream spoon), take a little dough and remove it to the baking sheet with wet hands. Stack the cookies at a distance from each other - when baking, it will spread a little. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown.
Step 6:
Remove the finished cookies from the oven and cool on the grill. From this amount of dough, I got 25 cookies. Serve the finished chilled cookies with a glass of milk, tea or coffee. The cookies are soft and very fragrant. It can be stored for several days in a tightly closed package.
This is a simple cookie, but very tasty. Such pastries will certainly appeal to children. Slightly increasing the cooking time, you can get crispy rosy cookies.
