Dilute yeast in 50 ml of warm water with 1 tablespoon of sugar and put it on for 10-15 minutes.

Beat eggs with sugar, add salt, vanilla sugar, butter, sour cream, warm milk, pour out the sifted flour, pour out the yeast that has come up, knead the dough. Add vegetable oil to the dough, knead well and put it in a warm place for an hour.

Sprinkle the table with starch and roll out our products on it. Pinch off a piece of dough, roll it into a flat cake, make cuts on four sides.
Put the filling in the middle of the tortilla (I had blueberry jam and apricot jam), sprinkle with ground nuts. Form a bun.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or lay out with baking paper. Put the buns with jam on a baking sheet, leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.

Grease the buns with egg whipped with milk and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
 Sprinkle the rosette buns with water and cover with a napkin.
