Since childhood I loved chops. It doesn't matter - from chicken, pork or beef. Last year, a couple of recipes for chicken chops (recipes can be found in my cookbook). This year I found another interesting recipe in a magazine. At first it seemed that nothing special: chicken-pineapple-cheese. Classic, in short. However, I really like this combination of products, so I cooked it. As it turned out, the highlight of this recipe was cutting pineapple rings into thinner slices. We usually do not do this and add the rings either entirely or cut into pieces, preserving their thickness. Because of this, pineapples often remain tough when baking and there is a separation: here is meat, here are pineapples. And personally, I have never met anywhere before this requirement to cut pineapples lengthwise. But this way they bake better, become soft and the dish itself becomes more homogeneous. Therefore, I advise you to still take the time and carefully slice the pineapples lengthwise. It's worth it, really. The chop turns out thin, well-baked, very juicy. It is better to serve directly from the oven.

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which is better not to use at all, read here .
