Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
Dissolve the pressed yeast in warm water.

Shake the egg until smooth in a separate bowl. Leave half of the yolk to lubricate the surface of the products.

Add melted butter and sugar, mix well.
Step 7:
Pour flour with salt, place with a spoon.
Step 8:
Knead the dough with a thick consistency.
Step 9:
Leave the dough in the heat for 1-1.5 hours to rise.
Step 10:
When the dough is ready, you can make the filling. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream.
Step 11:
Knead the dough and form 2 sausages. Cut each into 6 pieces.
Step 12:
Roll the balls out of the pieces. Dip a small glass in flour and press into the ball to make a recess for the filling.
Step 13:
Spread the blanks on a baking sheet. It is advisable to lay oiled baking paper on a baking sheet. Put the curd filling in the middle of each product. Leave in the heat for 15 minutes.
Step 14:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush the stitches with egg yolk.
Step 15:
Bake for about 25 minutes. In order for the products to brown, they need to be left in the oven for 5 minutes.
