Cooking method
Given the busy schedule of young mothers, there is no way to spend a lot of time preparing dessert. Easy-to-prepare cookies from baby formula will not take much work. Break an egg into a bowl, add powdered sugar and dry baby formula, mix until smooth. You can use a mixer for this, but a whisk or fork will also cope with the task.
Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath, and add to the mixture. Stir and add flour. It is better to add gradually, this will facilitate the dissolution without lumps. Mix until smooth and there are no lumps using a fork or mixer with dough mixers. The correct dough for cookies from infant formula in consistency should be like eclairs. It will not be possible to squeeze it out with the help of molds and even form it with your hands.
For depositing, we load the dough into a cooking bag with an open star nozzle and squeeze out strips on a baking sheet covered with paper or a silicone mat. When baking, the shape will remain, and the cookies will not only be delicious, but also beautiful. If there is no package or syringe, we use a spoon and get cute round cookies.
Bake the liver from baby formula in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Depending on the individual capabilities of the oven, the shape and size of the cookies, it takes 8-10 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick, baked cookies do not stick and are easily removed from the baking sheet.
You can decorate ready-made cookies from baby formula with powdered sugar or, for example, melted chocolate. It is ideally combined with juice, fresh fruit compote or warm milk. For older kids, you can offer to eat it with cocoa.
Bon appetit kids!
