Cooking method
1. Turn on the oven so that it warms up to 220 degrees.
2. Spinach, which needs to be taken out of the freezer in advance, is squeezed out of excess moisture, cut quite finely.
3. Knead the feta, grate three parmesan, mix the cheeses with spinach.
4. Roll out the dough, spread the filling of cheese and spinach, twist the dough into a roll, which we then cut into circles.
5. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, spread the blanks on it.
6. Lubricate the blanks with egg on top.
7. We put a baking sheet with future pies in the oven for 15 minutes.
