Add two yolks. Mix everything and knead the dough quickly. Look at the consistency - you may need more flour than indicated.

Rolls the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, let's do the stuffing. Remove the peel and core from the apples. Cut into slices. Sprinkle the apple slices with lemon juice so that they do not darken.

Turn on the oven to warm up at 200 degrees. Roll out the dough 5 cm larger than the diameter of the mold.

Transfer the dough to the mold, press the sides well. Then we go through the top of the mold with a rolling pin, the dough will be cut off well. We remove the remains.

Beautifully lay out the apple slices in the mold.

Melt the butter and pour it over the apples on top. Then sprinkle everything with sugar. If you want, you can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Put in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your ovens. The dough and apples should be browned.
