Cupcakes with buttercream

Beautiful and delicious cupcakes will decorate the festive table! Cupcakes can be baked for a festive table, or you can just have an evening tea. It is not difficult to cook them for a long time, special products are also not needed. I sometimes bake them as a gift to friends or colleagues - beautifully packaged bright cupcakes cause joy and surprise. Suitable for children, only the dye needs to be replaced with natural, for example, berry syrup or juice. A total of 9 small cupcakes are obtained.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

1. Beat butter at room temperature with a mixer at maximum speed. It should turn white.
2. Continuing to beat, pour vanilla sugar into the butter, after which we introduce the usual in small portions.
3. Break the eggs, add them one by one to the sugar-butter mass. Reduce the speed of the mixer to the minimum. The next egg is added only after the previous one is completely mixed with the mass until smooth.
4. Sift flour, mix with baking powder. In small portions, add the mixture to the rest of the ingredients, without stopping whipping.
5. We put paper cupcake molds in a silicone cupcake baking dish, fill them with 3/4 of the dough.
6. We put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (check the readiness with a wooden stick).
7. While the cupcakes are baking, we prepare the cream: whisk the cream at the maximum speed of the mixer, gradually add powdered sugar. Whisk until thickened, add food coloring, whisk a little more so that it completely mixes with the mass.
8. We take the finished cupcakes out of the oven and leave them to cool completely.
9. Decorate cupcakes with cream.

Have a nice tea party!
