Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
From this recipe you will learn how to bake a lavash roll with chicken and mushrooms. We prepare all the products we need according to the list and proceed to the preparation of our snack dish.
Step 2:
Wash the champignons and cut them into thin slices or cubes.
Step 3:
Peel and chop the onion.
Step 4:
Fry the onion in oil over medium heat, stirring until golden. We shift the onion from the frying pan, add a little oil, warm it up and spread the mushrooms. Fry them while stirring for about 5 minutes on high heat. Mix the onion with mushrooms, pepper and salt to taste.
Step 5:
We divide one of the eggs into protein and yolk, laying the yolk.
Step 6:
Beat 5 eggs and one protein with a whisk and bake 4-5 thin omelet pancakes on both sides on moderate heat in a frying pan.
Step 7:
Cooked chicken fillet is crushed with a knife or passed through a meat grinder. We lay out pita bread on the table, spread chicken meat on top of it in an even layer.
Step 8:
Then spread the mushrooms in the same uniform layer. We leave a little mushroom filling for another layer.
Step 9:
Then spread the egg pancakes, covering the filling with them (as in the photo). We cover everything with a sheet of pita bread, spread onions with mushrooms on top.
Step 10:
Cover everything with a sheet of pita bread, smear with sour cream, roll up into a roll. Lubricate the roll with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 30-40 minutes. The finished roll will be covered with a ruddy crust, so it's ready! When serving, cut it into portion mini-rolls and decorate with fresh herbs.
Here's how you can easily, simply and quickly prepare a delicious and original snack dish that you won't be ashamed to serve on a table set for some special occasion. This hearty snack is prepared from available products. The filling is a national team, all the ingredients in it are perfectly combined with each other. Thanks to the filling with which we lubricate the roll from above, it acquires a beautiful and appetizing ruddy crust during baking. Be sure to cook!
