Beat the eggs with a mixer into a foam.
Add grated cheese, all seeds, psyllium flour and nuts, baking powder. Add everything gradually, stirring constantly. We remove the dough to stand for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
We form buns, put them on a baking sheet and send them to the oven for 15 minutes. Everything is ready.
