Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Measure out a glass of nuts. You can take any nuts and seeds that you like. Poppy seeds, sesame seeds and other superfoods from the category of seeds are also good here. Chop the nuts with a knife.
Step 3:
Mix the oatmeal, dried cherries and nuts. Instead of dried cherries, you can take any dried fruits.
Step 4:
Remove the middle from the apple and put the apple and banana in a blender.
Step 5:
Make a puree.
Step 6:
Add honey, vanilla, cinnamon (I always take one of them, because they interrupt each other), sugar (to taste) and salt. Whisk again.
Step 7:
Add honey and mix well. If the honey is solid, melt it.
Step 8:
Gradually adding mashed potatoes to the flakes, knead.
Step 9:
When all the flakes become well wet - puree enough.
Step 10:
Line the oven pan with parchment and lay out the mixture.
Step 11:
Spread over the bottom and tamp well with a cam.
Step 12:
Put in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 13:
Remove, cool completely, remove the paper and cut the layer into bars.
Enjoy!
