Cooking method
This bread recipe can be called quick and easy, which will be in the hands of those who do not have time to cook at all. And I want to please my beloved family with delicious dishes and fresh pastries for them.
Pour warm water into a large deep container, pour granulated sugar and dry yeast into it. Thoroughly mix the mixture and leave to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
When this time has passed, we sift not all the flour to the yeast mixture - about two-thirds, pour a little salt. Mix everything together. Next, add flaxseeds, oat flakes and sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds. We leave a part to decorate the bread on top. We mix everything well, then pour in vegetable oil (leave a little to lubricate the bread outside, 5 ml is literally enough) and mix everything again.
Now gradually add the remaining flour. It may not need all of it. It depends on the flour itself - its quality, brand. The dough should be obedient, soft, not steep - do not hammer it with flour. We form a bun from the resulting dough, put it on the bottom of the bowl, and tighten it with cling film or cover it with a clean towel. We leave the dough to stand in this form for an hour. Room temperature.
When the specified time has passed, we slightly knead the dough and form the future bread. You will get bread in the form of a loaf. Or you can use a special form, if there is one. We leave the formed bread to stand for half an hour, and then lubricate it with vegetable oil on top and sprinkle with the cereals left for later. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes - until ready. It is possible that it will take 5 minutes less or more, depending on the type of oven.
We remove the finished bread from the oven, let it cool on the grill, and then it can be served to the table. It turns out to be insanely fragrant, delicious, soft!
Bon appetit!
