Cooking method
We wash the apples and cut out the core from them, cutting in half, then cut into thin but stable slices.
Pour water into a bowl, add juice from half a lemon. We shift the apples into the water, so they will not become dark, retaining their whiteness. We put the bowl in the microwave for three minutes. During this time, the apples will become soft.
Separately mix thick jam with two tablespoons of water, and also put in the microwave for half a minute, mix.
Roll out and cut the puff pastry into strips. We lubricate each with jam, spread apple slices on top, laying them on one half of the strip.Wrap a strip of dough with the free bottom part on the top with apples. Each strip with a filling of apples is carefully folded in the form of a rose.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the buns for about 40 minutes. Take out the finished buns and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
