  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Let's prepare our ingredients for making funchosa dressing in Korean.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

First of all, pour the water into a ladle or saucepan and pour salt into it. It is better to choose sea salt or Himalayan salt or even black salt. It will be much more useful this way.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Then we put stevia there and mix everything thoroughly and bring it to a boil until it completely dissolves. You can put sugar or any other sweetener you have in there. If you want to add honey, then do it at the end in the half-cooled dressing.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Three fresh ginger and garlic on a fine grater, first of course having peeled them. If there is no fresh ginger, then you can take ground dry. And garlic, too.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar to the water. We throw the worn garlic and ginger, mix and leave for a couple of minutes on low heat. Sesame oil can be replaced with any other vegetable oil, but preferably one that will be odorless.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Then add our spices: chili pepper, coriander and black pepper. Stir and leave for another couple of minutes. Our gas station is ready. Let it cool down and you can fill it with funchosa. Chili peppers can be taken fresh and cut into small pieces instead of dry ground.

If you want to pamper your family with something exotic and at the same time, so that it takes a minimum of time and effort to prepare, then refueling in Korean and funchosa is the very option.
There is such an interesting vermicelli - funchosa. It is made from masha - this is a legume plant. It is also called mung beans. It is very easy and fast to cook, it does not stick together, it looks very beautiful, almost transparent, as if it glows. It tastes pleasant, but does not have a particularly pronounced taste. But there is a recipe for refueling in Korean. Then it will taste very rich, spicy, sweet, sour and salty at the same time!
This dressing can be used to fill salads and ordinary pasta and meat. Taste buds will be delighted!
Bon appetit!
