Step 1:
Knead the sponge dough, bake a sponge cake. Let it cool down. Meanwhile, whisk the cream from the cream and condensed milk. From the cooled biscuit, prepare an oval blank according to the shape of the beetle's body. Then cut the biscuit lengthwise into several cakes, soak each with syrup. Assemble the cake by smearing the cakes with a layer of cream. Coat the whole cake evenly with cream. Mark the border of the back and face. Set aside the cake to soak.
Step 2:
Melt the chocolate and draw the eyes, mouth, spots for the back, eyebrows and antennae of the future ladybug on parchment. Put it in the refrigerator to freeze. Meanwhile, prepare the protein custard. A small part should be left white. A small part should be painted in a dark color - black or any dark shade. These two small parts will go on the face. The main part of the cream should be painted red or pink.
Step 3:
As the chocolate hardens, you can start the decor. Decorate the beetle's back with red cream.
Step 4:
Use a toothpick to mark the contours of the face elements.
Step 5:
Draw the wings section with dark cream. Place chocolate stains on the back.
Step 6:
