Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make sinabones from ready-made puff pastry? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. The dough for this recipe was used store-bought puff pastry in the form of a roll. Optionally, you can replace the dough with ready-made yeast or puff-yeast.
Step 2:
Melt the butter and cool to room temperature. Mix the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. The mixture should be thick, but fluid. You can also not melt the butter, but defrost it until soft at room temperature and also combine it with cinnamon and sugar.
Step 3:
Pre-defrost the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 5 mm thick. I used the dough in the form of a roll weighing 500 g. The dough in plates is also suitable.
Step 4:
Spread the dough with a mixture of butter, cinnamon and sugar. Don't forget to miss the edges too.
Step 5:
Roll the dough into a tight roll.
Step 6:
Cut the roll into 8-10 pieces of the thickness you need.
Step 7:
Place the rolls in the mold with a slice up, leaving a little space between them so that the dough has room to grow. Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C until golden brown.
Step 8:
While the sinabones are baking, prepare the glaze. Cottage cheese needs cream cheese without additives. Cottage cheese can be replaced with melted cream cheese.
Step 9:
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth. It is not necessary to beat for a long time, otherwise the cheese will be stratified, go in grains and the glaze will be spoiled.
Step 10:
Ready-made buns, without removing them from the mold, smear with icing and let it harden.
Step 11:
After that, you can serve the synabones to the table. Enjoy your meal.
