Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make grated apple pie? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Shortbread dough in butter turns out tender and crumbly. You can replace it with margarine. then the pie will be more dense. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. My eggs are of category C1.
Step 2:
Pour flour, sugar and soda into the chopper. Cut the hard butter into cubes. Add eggs. Turn the dough into crumbs. The dough can be prepared manually. Just turn it into a crumb and mold it into a ball.
Step 3:
Divide the finished dough into two unequal parts, wrap with cling film and put it in the freezer for an hour so that it freezes.
Step 4:
For the filling, you need to steam the raisins. Pour boiling water over it and leave for 5 minutes. Then drain the hot water, and rinse the raisins again. Flip the raisins on a sieve so that all the water runs off it. You can dry it a little with a towel.
Step 5:
Any heat-resistant mold can be used for the cake. Cover the bottom and sides of the mold with baking paper and grate the frozen most of the dough. Press the dough down a little.
Step 6:
Grate the apples and spread them over the entire surface of the grated dough.
Step 7:
Then spread out the raisins. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 8:
Rub the second part of the dough on top, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
The finished cake will turn an appetizing golden color. Remove it from the mold and cool it. Have a nice tea party!
