Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products for the curd balls.
Step 2:
I used store-bought cottage cheese, so I just kneaded the cottage cheese with a fork (if you have homemade cottage cheese, wipe it through a sieve). Add sugar.
Step 3:
Beat in the eggs (you can replace quail eggs with two chicken yolks).
Step 4:
Add coconut chips
Step 5:
And starch.
Step 6:
Mix.
Step 7:
Roll the balls of the same size from the resulting curd mass. Cover the cake pan with parchment and grease it with butter. Spread the curd balls evenly according to the shape.
Step 8:
Take the test. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Step 9:
Set aside the proteins. Add half of the sugar to the yolks.
Step 10:
Beat with a mixer until foam forms and add vanilla. Melt the chocolate in a convenient way for you (steamed, in the microwave), cool down a little. Add to the yolks.
Step 11:
Stir.
Step 12:
Add the remaining sugar to the proteins.
Step 13:
Beat with a mixer until foam forms.
Step 14:
Mix both masses and mix gently.
Step 15:
Add cocoa, sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
Step 16:
Stir. The dough is ready.
Step 17:
Pour the finished dough into the mold on top of the curd balls.
Step 18:
Send it to the preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool in the mold.
Step 19:
Then remove the cake from the mold.
Step 20:
Cut into portions.
The top of the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or sprinkled with berry topping.
