Cooking method
1. Add yeast and sugar to warm water. Leave until the foam appears.
2. Add egg, milk and salt to the mixture and mix well.
3. Sift the flour in portions and knead the soft dough. Knead it on the table.
4. Grease the bowl with oil and put the dough in the bowl. Cover and leave for 1 hour.
5. Peel and finely chop the garlic (or pass it through a press).
6. Mix garlic into the dough.
7. Divide the dough into small balls (like golf balls), roll them up and leave for half an hour under a towel to come up.
8. Preheat the oven well. If you have a grill mode - great!
9. Roll the balls into tortillas, put them on a dry baking sheet and bake. You need 2 minutes under the grill or 7-10 minutes in normal mode at 200 degrees. For grilling, the tortillas need to be greased with melted butter and turned over to bake until golden on the other side.
10. Brush the hot tortillas with melted butter and serve.
