Cooking method
1. Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a napkin.
2. Pass 2 cloves of garlic through a press and mix with spices, salt and
soy sauce to make a mush.
3. 4 garlic cloves cut lengthwise into 4 parts, in chicken fillet with a knife point
make slits and stuff them with pieces of garlic.
4. Rub the ham fillet with a mixture of spices, soy sauce and garlic.
5. Put the prepared chicken fillet in a baking dish, greased
vegetable oil.
6. Place the form with the prepared fillet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees
and bake for 30-35 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, lubricate the chicken fillet
vegetable oil.
7. Transfer the cooked pork from the chicken to a flat dish, let cool.
8. Before serving, cut the pork into slices.
