Cooking method

1. Break the chicken eggs into a bowl, rub with sugar until fluffy with a hand whisk or a tablespoon fork.

2. Peel the carrots, wash them under running water, rub them on a medium grater, put them in the egg mass.

3. Melt the butter in the microwave to a liquid state, send it after the carrots.

4. Pour poppy seeds and chopped walnuts into the resulting mass, mix. At the very end, sift the flour with baking powder, knead the dough.

5. In a pre-greased form, spread 1/4 of the dough, level it, send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake until ready for 15 minutes. In this way, we bake the other three cakes.

6. Pour water into a saucepan, pour sugar here, mix, send it to a low heat. Melt the sugar, bring the mass to a boil, the syrup should turn out.

7. Beat the butter until fluffy, gently, without stopping whipping, pour the syrup cooled to room temperature into the fluffy mass. Add a tablespoon of soft cheese, each time whipping with a mixer.

8. Peel bananas, cut into circles. The cakes are soaked with syrup, smeared with cream. Place a layer of bananas on top of the cream.

9. The surface of the cake and sides are covered with cream, leveled with a culinary spatula. Decorate to taste, as an option, you can pour melted chocolate, decorate with chewing marmalade and confectionery powder.

We send the cake to the refrigerator for impregnation for at least 2 hours.
