Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make chicken with cheese and tomatoes baked in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The ideal option would be to take a fillet of chicken breasts. Choose any cheese to your taste, the main thing is that it rubs well on a grater and melts easily. The taste of the cheese itself will add its own note to the finished dish.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 parts. Cover the chicken with cling film and beat off a little with a kitchen hammer. The film prevents the chicken meat from damage and helps it keep its shape when batting.
Step 3:
Sprinkle chicken chops with a little salt and spices to taste. I added paprika as a spice. But you can take something to your taste - it can be a ready-made set of spices for chicken or aromatic herbs.
Step 4:
Any heat-resistant mold can be used for baking. Since a large composition of the filling is not planned, you can take a low form or baking tray for baking. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil and put the prepared chicken on it.
Step 5:
Rinse the tomatoes in running water, dry and cut into slices. Arrange the chopped tomatoes on the chicken.
Step 6:
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it liberally over the chicken and tomatoes all over the surface. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7:
The finished dish will become slightly browned, and a little juice will appear from the chicken. Remove the mold from the oven, arrange on plates and serve hot. Fresh vegetables will be an ideal addition. Bon appetit!
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
Choose juicy tomatoes, but dense. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
