Step-by-step cooking
About two thirds of all cookies are crushed in a blender. The remaining part is broken into small pieces. Mix all the cookies. We cut the nuts and also add them to the liver. In a small saucepan, pour sugar and cocoa, mix them and pour milk. We grind all this to a homogeneous mass and put it on fire.Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. As soon as it boils, turn it off and put it to brew for about five minutes. Cut the butter into cubes and throw it into the chocolate mass. Stir until smooth and until the butter melts. Pour the finished mass of cookies. All this is thoroughly mixed.
In order to give the product the shape of a sausage, we will take cooking foil or special oiled paper. We lubricate the foil with oil to make it easier to tear off the finished sausages later. We spread the finished mass and wrap it like long candies. As soon as all this has cooled down, we put it in the freezer. Literally, in two or three hours the delicacy is ready.
