Step-by-step cooking
1. Carefully, without damaging, remove the skin from the hams.
2. We separate the fillet from the bone.
3. Chop fillets and mushrooms. Mix it.
4. Add cheese, spices, fried onions and carrots.
Mix.
5. We fill the ham, shaping it.
1 OPTION: Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
2 OPTION: Bake in the oven without foil until crisp.
3 OPTION: Roll in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan.
Cut the finished ham into thin pieces. You can decorate with a mayonnaise grid and herbs.
