Cooking method
We dilute yeast in warm water, add 1 tsp. sugar, leave for 10 minutes, wait until the mixture doubles in volume. Mix flour with sugar and salt, pour in melted butter and milk, add eggs and yeast, mix well. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, knead the elastic dough. We put the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, leave it for three hours.
After a while, we take out the dough, divide it in half, twist each half into a sausage and cut into 8 parts. Roll out each part with a rectangle, lubricate with melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sugar, twist. Spread the buns on a greased sheet of parchment, grease the buns with butter and sprinkle with a mixture of breadcrumbs and sugar, leave for half an hour. Bake the buns in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
