If desired, you can add a ready-made mixture for gingerbread to the dough. Or pick up the spices yourself, but ginger must be present. Gingerbread dough should be cooled for at least 1 hour. Icing sugar is prepared to decorate the cookies. Gingerbread men can be served to the festive table with tea, lemonade or compote.
