Cooking method
1. Wash the greens, dry them.
2. Chop the dill, parsley and green onions, mix them in a bowl.
3. Peel and finely chop the garlic, add to the greens, stir.
4. Add cottage cheese and sour cream to the rest of the ingredients.
5. Pour spices. Everything needs to be thoroughly mixed. You can also use a blender - then the curd mass will turn out very tender. I prefer not to do this, as I like pieces of greens in cottage cheese.
6. Fill the tartlets with cottage cheese mass, decorate the top as desired - with sprigs of greens, pieces of vegetables.
Tartlets are ready and they can be served to the table on a beautiful dish, which can also be additionally decorated with vegetables, herbs, lettuce leaves and even pieces of meat.
