Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
Step 2:
Put the eggs in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until the volume increases.

Stirring constantly, add a little sugar. We stir it until it completely dissolves.
Step 4:
Add the sifted flour, vanilla and baking powder. Gently mix.
Step 5:
Pre-washed apples peel and core, cut into small pieces. Add to the dough and mix gently.
Step 6:
Take a deep mold (diameter 22 cm) and lubricate the bottom and sides with butter.
Step 7:
Pour in the breadcrumbs and spread evenly over the surface. This will give our pie a delicious and crispy crust.
Step 8:
Pour our dough into the prepared mold
Step 9:
Put in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
Step 10:
Check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden stick. Remove from the oven, cover with a paper towel and let cool.
Step 11:
