Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Products for cooking cutlets. Bread slices are peeled from the crust, leaving only the crumb. We clean, my vegetables, my chicken fillet thoroughly.
Step 2:
Soak the crumb of white bread in milk.
Step 3:
Cut vegetables and chicken fillet into large chunks.
Step 4:
Chicken fillet scroll through the meat grinder along with onions. Carrots are passed through a meat grinder twice, add an egg, salt and mix the finished minced meat well. Beat the minced meat with your hands for 10 minutes so that it becomes homogeneous.
Step 5:
Pour cold water into a bowl. We will dip our hands into it when forming cutlets. We lubricate the baking dishes (mold) with oil and put the cutlets formed with wet hands into it. It is better to make them small, so they will cook faster and easier.
Step 6:
Pour a little water (0.25 cups) into a form with cutlets and put it in a preheated 180 deg. the oven. Bake chicken cutlets for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7:
This is how ready-made tender chicken cutlets look without roasting - a delicious and satisfying meat dish for children. You can serve cutlets to children with stewed vegetables or mashed potatoes, as well as boiled cereals (rice, buckwheat, millet, etc.) or pasta. We put the ready-made cutlets on plates. We decorate according to your taste and serve the kids for joy. Bon appetit to your crumbs!
To decorate the cutlets, I used an additional 2 tomatoes, curly parsley, sour cream and blueberries for the crab eyes.
