Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Margarine is melted in a microwave oven or in a water bath, it is possible not to completely dissolve, but to a creamy state.
Step 3:
Rub margarine with sugar until it completely dissolves. While the sugar dissolves, the margarine will cool down to the desired temperature.
Step 4:
Beat in the eggs, mix until smooth, you can beat with a blender.
Step 5:
Pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder into the mixture.
Step 6:
Knead the steep dough, but do not knead it for a long time, otherwise the pie will turn out solid. We divide the dough into two parts, one larger for the lower cake, the second smaller for the upper one. A small part of the dough is well cooled in the freezer (half an hour is enough).
Step 7:
We roll out most of the dough into a layer and put it in a greased mold, making bumpers. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 8:
Grate the frozen dough.
Step 9:
We spread thick jam on the dough. You need to take a thick one, otherwise the dough may not be baked under the liquid jam and taste moist.
Step 10:
Close the top with grated dough.
Step 11:
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Step 12:
Delicious, sweet and crumbly cake is ready for tea in the family circle.
Step 13:
Have a nice tea party!
