Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash and wipe the orange with a napkin. Cut into slices, whole rings or half rings as desired. Remove the bones.
Step 2:
Line the parchment on a baking sheet and sprinkle with half the sugar. Put the orange slices on the sugar.
Step 3:
Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top of the orange slices.
Step 4:
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
Step 5:
While candied fruits are still warm, remove them from the parchment. For long-term storage, you can put them in a jar and pour sugar and put them in the refrigerator.
