    Put a piece of tangerine in the center and seal it slightly. Sprinkle sugar on top. And I send it to a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes, cook until ready.

    My cookies were baked for 30 minutes. While the cookies are hot, they are very fragile. I let it cool down slightly.
