Cooking method
Original buns with very simple cooking! I'm sure you won't have any problems with these babies, even if you are baking, and especially with yeast dough for "You".
Delicious and as an independent dish, but you can also cook various sandwiches based on them. It is convenient to take with you on a picnic or on the road. And another indisputable plus of this recipe is its budget. Having prepared such unusual buns, you will definitely surprise and delight your loved ones.
To prepare them, first you need to start the yeast. To do this, mix them in a small container with 2-3 tablespoons of warm milk and sugar, leave for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, sift flour into a bowl, grate sausage cheese there on a fine grater, add salt, dry garlic. If you don't have dry garlic, you can use regular garlic. Finely chop or squeeze through a press. One clove will be enough.
Then rub the flour with sausage cheese into crumbs with your hands, add the remaining warm milk, vegetable oil, and running yeast. Knead the dough.
To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, lubricate them with vegetable oil. If necessary, you can add a little more flour. The dough should not be sticky. It should lag behind the hands, but at the same time be soft.
Divide the dough into 15 parts, form small buns and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave for proofing for about 1 hour, preferably in a warm place.
Then grease the buns with egg yolk for a golden crust, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Sesame seeds can be replaced with seeds or poppy seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
After baking, the buns can be greased with butter, covered with a towel and left to rest until they cool down. The buns are lush, soft and very tasty! And what an aroma is floating all over the apartment! Bon appetit!
