Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products: flour, sugar, baking powder, egg, milk, butter and filling that you like. In this recipe, I made half muffins with jam, half with marmalade.
Step 2:
First melt the butter. While it is melting, take a mixer and carefully beat the egg with sugar. You should get a white homogeneous mass.
Step 3:
Add milk, melted butter, baking powder and flour to the egg-sugar mixture. And again, mix everything thoroughly. You should get a homogeneous mass, resembling the consistency of sour cream.
Step 4:
We take the cupcake mold and put the molds into it. I like to work with silicone molds, but you can also use paper ones. Pour about 2/3 tablespoons of dough into each mold. Next, we put the filling in each middle. I took currant jam and marmalade.
Step 5:
And fill our molds with the remaining dough. Only they should not be filled to the brim, but a little more than half.
Step 6:
Send to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-22 minutes.
Step 7:
Check toothpick readiness.
Step 8:
Let it cool down a little, take it out of the molds and serve it to the table.
Step 9:
If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
