Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Get a layer of puff pastry out of the freezer beforehand. Put it on a board sprinkled with flour, cover with a film so that it does not chafe and does not dry. Defrost it for an hour so that it becomes soft and elastic for rolling. Then roll out the puff pastry and cut circles using a metal mold.
Step 2:
Take a baking sheet, turn it over and lay out baking paper. Put the puff pastry mugs on paper. Next, lay another sheet of baking paper. Then take another baking sheet and place it on top of the baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, then install a structure of baking sheets, baking paper and dough in it for 10 minutes.
Step 3:
After this time, open the oven and remove the top baking sheet and paper, bake the puff pastry for another 10 minutes until golden brown. Then take out a baking sheet and put the finished puff pastry mugs on a wooden board to let them cool.
Step 4:
Then collect the cakes. Add the flavoring to the butter cream, mix. To do this, take a circle of puff pastry, smear it with butter cream. Take strawberry syrup and pour it on top of the cream. Put the circle again, smear it with cream and add syrup and put the circle again and smear with cream. Thus, it is necessary to collect two more cakes. Grate dark chocolate on a fine grater.
Step 5:
Now for each cake in the center you need to put one berry marmalade and five more pieces around the circumference. Then sprinkle the cakes with grated chocolate. Ready-made cakes with buttercream and berry marmalade should be put in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
This recipe is designed for people who are not afraid to experiment. The appearance of this cake, of course, is very tempting, but not everyone will dare to cook a cake with chewy candies. Not everything, but that's exactly what I did. And I really liked this combination. And not just me… I suggest that you experiment a little, but at the same time very carefully approach the choice of these very sweets, since the ones I used were delicious, but with other chewing marmalade I have not tried to prepare such desserts. If you are still afraid of experiments, then use fresh berries.
