Step 1:

Taking the dough out of the refrigerator, spread it on the table and roll it out to a 2 cm thick cake .

Turn on the oven for 200 gr. and cut the cookies with a cookie cutter.

Spread the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and lubricate with beaten egg, then put them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Step 16:
After taking the cookies out of the oven, we immediately lubricate it with glaze.
