Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Defrost squid, peel, boil in salted water, cut into strips.
Step 2:
Boil eggs, cut finely.

Mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise

Defrost the puff pastry, spread it out on the table, do not roll it out.
Step 6:
With a basket mold, cut out shaped blanks from the dough.
Step 7:
Press the dough on one side so that this side does not rise during baking, make shallow incisions on the rest of it imitating the shell pattern
Step 8:
We put the blanks on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. We take the finished shells out of the oven, cool them. If they did not open during baking, then carefully make cross-sections with a knife.
