Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Put 50 grams of butter in a saucepan, pour 100 grams of sugar and pour 2 tablespoons of honey. We send it to a small fire and mix well with a whisk until smooth.
Step 2:
When the mass becomes homogeneous, beat in 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon of soda. Stirring, bring to a foamy mass. Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl.
Step 3:
Sift 300 g of flour into the liquid mass through a fine sieve in 2 stages. Knead the dough. Divide the finished dough into three equal parts and roll up the buns. Spread on a dish sprinkled with flour. We cover it with a bag and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it freezes a little.
Step 4:
We send each piece to parchment paper and roll it into a thin layer. We pierce it with a fork and send it to the preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
Step 5:
Let the finished cakes cool down. And while the cakes are cooling down, let's prepare the cream!
Step 6:
In 150 grams of butter, spread 200 grams of boiled condensed milk and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Step 7:
Apply the finished cream to the first cake. We cover the top with a second cake and so we do with all the cakes. We leave the top cake dry! We send it to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that the cream freezes a little.
Step 8:
Take any mold, I'll use a round one and cut out the cake. I got 10 burns.
Step 9:
Transfer the remaining cream to a pastry bag and we distribute it evenly over all the cakes. And carefully align with a spatula.
