Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
Peel the bananas and cut into pieces.
Step 3:
Put banana slices, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter at room temperature, chicken eggs, sour cream in the chopper and mix everything well into a homogeneous mass.
Step 4:
Put the mass into a bowl, then add the flour with baking powder in parts, stirring with a spatula, knead the dough.
Step 5:
I put the finished dough into a cooking bag with an asterisk attachment. On a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat, I put the dough in portions at a distance from each other, forming a flower.
Step 6:
I put it for baking in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, it all depends on the oven.
Step 7:
I let the finished liver cool down a little, sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour it to the table for a cup of tea. Have a nice tea !!!
Thanks to the sweetness of the banana, the dough contains a minimum amount of sugar.
