Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Before cooking, we need to clean the pike (you can use other fish to your taste)
Step 2:
Prepare the pumpkin by cleaning it from the seeds inside.
Step 3:
To stuff the pike, cut the bell pepper, 3 tomatoes, 1 onion and an apple into cubes.
Step 4:
Let's put our fish inside the pub. Stuff with cooked vegetables and add salt and pepper to taste. Then we will close the cut-off part of the pumpkin.
Step 5:
We will stuff our "work" into the melted oven with fire. And leave for 3 hours with intense heat and 7 hours with hot coals. This time may vary depending on the size of the pumpkin and fish. Periodically, it is necessary to look in by opening a hole in the pumpkin.
Step 6:
After 10 hours of keeping the pumpkin in the oven, I got such a wonderful result. The taste is excellent. Soaked in the sweetness of the "dead" pumpkin. Enjoy your meal!!!
Very spectacular cooking of pike weighing 2 kg, baked in a pumpkin weighing 15 kg. For cooking, we will need, in addition to patience,: an apple, 3 tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper, dill, bay leaf, salt, bitter peas and spices to taste. The cooking time depends on many factors:the furnace works, what kind of wood is the firewood, the size of the pumpkin and the weight of the pike. Everything is purely individual. But after watching the video, you can adjust the recipe, without difficulty, for your loved one. Enjoy your viewing. Subscribe to the channel.
