Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Pork ears need to be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned and soaked for several hours in water, then cleaned and thoroughly rinsed again.
Step 2:
We lower the pork ears to cook over medium heat, with the lid closed, for one hour, adding salt.
Step 3:
Start cooking the sauce and put the ketchup in a bowl.
Step 4:
Add an equal amount of mayonnaise to ketchup.
Step 5:
Squeeze out and add two cloves of garlic and 0.5 tsp.l. mustard.
Step 6:
Mix well and thoroughly, add black pepper to taste.
Step 7:
Lubricate one of the ears with vegetable oil.
Step 8:
Grease the second ear with the prepared sauce, and bake the ears in the oven preheated to 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 9:
We take the finished ears out of the oven and taste them.
Step 10:
