Step 1:

Step 6:
Put the dough on the work surface and knead the dough quickly. It should turn out elastic and a little loose.
Step 7:
Put the dough into a mold with a diameter of 26 cm, distribute with your hands. Make the sides 4 cm high, press lightly with a fork. Put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 8:
CREAM: Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, starch to the sour cream.
Step 9:
Mix everything.
Step 10:
PIE: Put the strawberries without tails on the dough in a circle.
Step 11:
Pour cream.
Step 12:
Sprinkle coconut chips on top.
Step 13:
Bake the pie in the oven for 40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees until well browned. Remove from the oven, cool well!
