Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
I pour all the bulk products, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar into the bowl of the chopper and put the cold butter cut into cubes. I grind everything into crumbs from the beginning at a low speed, then I increase the speed.
Step 3:
I put the crumb in a container and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 4:
To prepare the filling, I put cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, corn starch and vanilla sugar in the bowl of the chopper. I grind everything into a homogeneous mass.
Step 5:
I transfer the finished curd mass to a separate bowl.
Step 6:
Baking dish, lined with parchment on the bottom and sides. I spread 1/3 of the crumbs on the bottom, level the layer of curd mass on the crumb, then evenly spread the cherries over the entire surface. I repeat again, a layer of crumbs, curd mass, cherry. The third layer again spread the crumbs. I put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35 minutes for baking.
Step 7:
Take the finished cake out of the oven, let it cool completely.
Step 8:
While the cake cools down, I cook the cream. I pour the cooled cream into a cold bowl, whisk them to stable peaks, then add powdered sugar and whisk again.
Step 9:
I cover the cooled cake with whipped cream and decorate with cherry berries.
Step 10:
Cut into portions and serve with tea. Have a nice tea party !!!
To change the taste of the cake, add different components to its composition or filling (lemon peel or candied fruits, chocolate, raisins, cinnamon, etc.). They will give a piquant taste to your dessert.
