Step 1:
Mix milk with sugar, a pinch of salt, butter and heat to a boil.
Step 2:
Remove from heat and add flour in parts, stirring intensively. You should get a thick porridge.If it turns out too thick, add a little water, if liquid - return to the stove and boil over medium heat for a few minutes.
Step 3:
Put the porridge in a bowl and cool to a warm state.
Step 4:
Cut the candied fruits finely.
Step 5:
Beat the cooled porridge at high speeds and add the eggs one by one.
Step 6:
Add vanilla and beat well.
Step 7:
Add baking powder last and mix thoroughly quickly.
Step 8:
Mix candied fruits.
Step 9:
Spread out on greased molds and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Readiness to check with a toothpick.
As in any cupcake, you can add raisins or chopped nuts.
