Cooking method
1. Wash the chicken thoroughly,   dry it with a paper towel.
2. Pour salt and ground pepper into a saucer, mix, & nbsp; rub the carcass inside and out.
3. Pour olive oil into a bowl, pour lemon juice here, mix.  
4. With the resulting mixture, rub the chicken outside and inside. I wash a sprig of oregano, put it inside the carcass, tie the legs, place the chicken in the form. 
5. Bake the bird for one hour and 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. In the process of cooking, we turn the chicken over a couple of times, while watering with the released juice.
Sprinkle the finished chicken with dry spices, decorate with fresh oregano and serve on the table.
