Cooking method
1. Wash potatoes with a brush, dry with paper towels, cut into thin circles.
2. Put the potatoes in a bowl, pour onion and garlic powder, thyme, parsley, rosemary, pepper and salt to taste, pour olive oil.
3. Mix thoroughly to distribute the spices as evenly as possible over the potatoes.
4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet, spread evenly, send them to the oven preheated to 190 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, the potatoes should turn golden.
Serve on the table with meat or fish dishes, garnishing potatoes with fresh oregano greens.
