Cooking method
1. We divide the pastry into two parts, roll out one part into a layer according to the diameter of the baking dish. The form is generously lubricated with butter, we place the base of the pie in it.
2. My apples, cut out the core with seeds, grate, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
3. From the remaining dough, we make a decoration for the pie, for this we roll out the dough thinly, cut some into strips, and some into circles. From the strips we make pigtails, and from the circles - roses, we spread the blanks on top of the filling.
4. Lubricate the surface of the pie with egg yolk and send it to the oven preheated to 170 degrees, bake until a beautiful golden crust.
Let the pie cool down and serve it on the table.
