Cooking method
1. We divide the dough into two parts, roll out one part, and cover the other with cling film at this time.
2. Roll out the dough into a layer about 0.5 cm thick, sprinkle with cinnamon and lubricate with jam.
3. Roll the dough into a roll, spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
4. We do the same with the second part of the dough, leave the blanks in a warm place for 25 minutes so that the dough fits.
5. Then grease the rolls with egg yolk and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
We cut the roll into portions and serve it on the table for tea.
