Cooking method
1. The roll will be made of sponge dough. The cooking process is as follows:
- break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar, beat with a mixer;
- sift flour into the egg mass, mix with a whisk;
- we line the baking sheet with parchment, form a side from it, pour out the dough;
- bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The cake is thin, because it is baked very quickly - 15 minutes and it's ready!
- we twist the sponge cake directly with the parchment into a roll (we work with a hot sponge cake - immediately after removing it from the oven).
2. Prepare the filling while the roll cools down and takes the desired shape:
- boil half of the milk;
- pour the rest of the milk into a bowl, pour sugar, semolina, raisins and poppy seeds;
- we introduce the contents of the bowl into boiling milk and cook until thickened.
3. Carefully unfold the roll, remove the parchment, lubricate the filling and roll it up again.
4. Mix cream with cocoa powder and sugar, heat in the microwave. Pour the resulting glaze over the roll.
We cut the roll into portions and serve it on the table.
How delicious it is!
Eat with pleasure!
