Cooking method
Knead the dough:
- rub the softened butter with sugar, beat in the eggs, mix;
- add cottage cheese;
- sift flour with baking powder and vanilla, add salt, knead the dough.
The finished dough (it does not stick to your hands, it is steep in consistency) is wrapped with cling film and sent to cool so that it is easier to twist it into a meat grinder.
After a couple of hours, you can get the dough out of the refrigerator. We pass it through a meat grinder. The twisted dough is cut into 6 cm pieces and placed on a baking sheet (you can give any shape to cookies with your hands), lined with parchment. Bake in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 20 minutes.
Everything, delicious cookies with cottage cheese are ready! Have a nice tea party!
